For electrical problems such as a power outage, flickering lights, downed power lines, or other problems related to electrical power service to your home or business, call the utility office at 262-569-2196 during business hours, or after hours call 262-567-4401. We are on call 24 hours a day for your convenience!

For problems with water service such as a broken water main, loss of water pressure, or questions about water quality, call the water department at 262-569-2196 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours and holidays contact police dispatch at 262-567-4401.
